Despite some pretty hard rains during the 2007 Grand Floral Parade,
held Saturday, June 9, the Rose Festival Queen a
nd her court kept their spirits up and their charm intact.
The Hill Family came out ready for the rain and to support their
school district's participation in the Rose Festival's
