By The Skanner News | The Skanner News Published: 22 May 2019 Just under 15 percent of eligible voters in Multnomah County – or 78,686 people – cast ballots in this week’s special election. Portland voters were mostly tasked with electing new board members for Portland Public Schools, Portland Community College and the Multnomah County Educational Service District. Those results, and a breakdown of percentages and total votes cast, follow.
