First-time homebuyer? Or struggling to pay a mortgage? Help is at hand. The African American Alliance for Homeownership will hold the 15th annual African American Homeownership Fair from 10am -3 pm Saturday, Oct. 26, in the Legacy Emanuel Hospital atrium, 501 N. Graham St., Portland.  Free and open to everyone, the fair is designed to help first-time homebuyers purchase homes, and also to help homeowners struggling to pay their mortgages or facing foreclosure.
